Amanda started her career as a programmer for a number of information technology companies in Australia. Her entrepreneurial journey began in 2011 as a co-founder of Kolibrii Commerce, a Jakarta based e-commerce consultancy firm. In early 2017, she co-founded MARKODING, a non-profit organisation with a mission to teach coding to youth in marginalised areas in Indonesia. In 2019, Amanda became a co-founder at Impact Byte, a technology education company that provides onsite coding bootcamps and corporate training and Skilvul, an online vocational training and certification platform for digital skills. She envisions her ventures to close the technology skills gap and stop the youth unemployment crisis by creating a generation of job-ready digital workforce. She graduated from Curtin University of Technology in Western Australia with a Computer Science degree.

Champika Wijayatunga is the Regional Technical Engagement Manager for Asia Pacific at the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN). Prior to ICANN, Champika held managerial, specialist, and liaison roles at APNIC – the Regional Internet Registry (RIR) for the Asia Pacific. He started his career with IBM Corporation as a technical specialist, and has worked in the IT industry, academia, research, and training environments. Champika holds a postgraduate degree in Computer Science & Engineering, as well as Professional Education qualifications in Cybersecurity. As a Principal at Luminate, Dinita focuses on the organisation’s portfolio in Southeast Asia. Dinita brings experience in policy, privacy, and data protection in regional and international contexts to her role. In her previous role as project manager for the Web Foundation’s Open Data Lab Jakarta, Dinita researched open data implementation and data protection in Indonesia. In addition to this, she helped managing the Foundation's women's rights online programme. Prior to this, Dinita was part of the Centre for Innovation Policy and Governance (CIPG). Here she was responsible for its management and led various research projects, including on the media industry landscape, smart cities, and data protection. She has also assisted various Indonesian ministries in their development of policies for emerging technologies and was part of the team that created a roadmap for the implementation of personal data protection regulation.

Cyn-Young Park is Director of the Regional Cooperation and Integration Division in the Economics Research and Regional Cooperation Department of the Asian Development Bank (ADB). She has written and lectured extensively about the Asian economy and financial markets. In 2014, he established PS-engage, his own government relations consulting firm. PS-engage works with leading IT, e-commerce, finance and payment companies to provide guidance on constructive government engagement and to assist with regulatory and policy work. He is also currently the Managing Director of the Asia Internet Coalition (AIC), a leading industry body that promotes smart regulatory reforms for the digital economy. Jeff was a Co-Chair of the Financial Services Committee for six years and is currently a Co-Chair of the Small and Medium Enterprises Committee at the American Chamber of Commerce in Singapore. Mirus Ponon is a youth advocate whose journey started from his experience growing up in poverty that led him to begin volunteering at nine. As a visionary of an engaged Filipino youth community, he started Youth Advocates for the Philippines, Inc. (YAP) in 2019 to break down opportunity barriers for the youth and other disadvantaged sectors. Using development initiatives with inclusion, innovation, and empowerment at its core has then scaled to the ASEAN Youth Advocates Network in 10 Southeast Asian countries. Currently taking up Development Studies and Economics at De La Salle University in the hope of becoming a development professional, he has continued to seek opportunities to learn and to help. Now serving various organizations such as a National Youth Council Member at WWF Philippines, President at Student Catholic Action DLSU, President at JJC Makati, Chairperson for Active Citizenship and Global Mobility at the Manila Youth Development Council, Philippine Officer of the ASEAN University Student Council, including the National Youth Commission as one of its youth coaches, and a resource person in the events worldwide. Ngo Hai Ly is a PhD student in geography and planning in the university of natural sciences of Hanoi and university of Jean Jaures, in France. Parallel she works as data analyst for Open Development Vietnam, an Open Development Initiatives in the Mekong region of Est West Management Institute. Now she is interested in researches on the land issues (land use and land cover) as well as the prominent issues in the Mekong region. Her focus aims to the data on which we can monitor, assess or estimate with this we can indicate strengthen or weakness in policy or the implementation process of policy. Ly joined the SWITCH SEA project as one of the most active participants.

Nhung Phan is the National Coordinator of SWITCH SEA for Viet Nam. Before joining the project, Nhung used to work for Vietnam Internet Network Information Center (VNNIC) as an IP Hostmaster and a policy maker on internet resources for 17 years. Leaving VNNIC in early 2018, she moved to work for Korea National IT Promotion Agency (NIPA), Hanoi office as a senior researcher on local ICT market and startup ecosystem. In 2019, Nhung moved to work for Vietnam Internet Association (VIA) as an Event and Project Manager. Nhung got Telecommunication Engineering Certificate from Hanoi University of Science and Technology and the Master of Public Administration from Viet Nam National Academy of Public Administration.

Ms. Norsalimi Shaleh is an Administrative and Diplomatic Officer where she holds a position as Assistant Director in National Cyber Security Agency (NACSA), National Security Council Malaysia since 2010. Pirongrong Ramasoota (Ph.D. – Simon Fraser University) is Professor of Communication at the Faculty of Communication Arts, Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok, Thailand. She researches and teaches in media policy and regulation and social implications of information and communication technologies (ICTs) with a special focus on Thailand and ASEAN. Her research interests are media reform, free speech issues and content regulation. Her past published works range from online game, hate speech, online intermediary, echo chamber to OTTs regulation. She is an active contributor to the international journals and conferences of repute. Dr. Ramasoota has received many national awards and international appointments. She was given the Nationally Distinguished Researcher Award from the National Research Council of Thailand in 2017 and was on the board of several international think tanks such as Asian Media Information and Communication Center (AMIC), Privacy International (PI), and Communication Policy Research South (CPRsouth). She was also recipient of the Study of the United States Institute (SUSI) fellowship and the Thai-Canada Rattanakosin scholarship through the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA). Valentina Dagiene is Professor at Vilnius University in Lithuania. Her interests include CS teaching and learning strategies, teacher education, puzzle-based learning, intelligent technologies for education, technology enhanced learning, personalisation, and CS curricula development. She has published over 300 scientific papers, and more than 50 textbooks in the field of informatics for schools. She coordinated over 50 national and international projects on CS education.

Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in Cambodia
Vitit Muntarbhorn is a Professor Emeritus at the Faculty of Law, Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok. He is a graduate of Oxford University (M.A.,B.C.L. (Oxon.)) and Universite Libre de Bruxelles (Licence Speciale en Droit Europeen (Brux.)). He is also a Barrister at Law (the Middle Temple, London). He has helped the UN in a variety of positions, including as : member of UN Secretary General’s Civil Society Advisory Board on Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Sexual Abuse; member of Committee of Experts on the Application of Conventions and Recommendations, ILO; independent expert on UNESCO Advisory Board for Global Education Monitoring, representing the Asia-Pacific Region; member of Advisory Board, UN Human Security Fund; member of Advisory Board, UN Voluntary Fund for Technical Cooperation on Human Rights. On human rights issues, he has held a number of UN posts, in particular the following: UN Special Rapporteur on the Sale of Children, Child Prostitution and Child Pornography; UN Special Rapporteur on the Situation of Human Rights in the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea; UN Independent Expert on Protection against Violence and Discrimination based on Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity. He was the Chairperson of the UN appointed Commission of Inquiry on the Ivory Coast (2011) and a member of the UN appointed Commission of Inquiry on the Syrian Arab Republic. In 2021 he was appointed by the UN Human Rights Council as UN Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in Cambodia.

Ressa Ria Lestari (a.k.a Icha) was born in Bandung on 1st of January 1991. She graduated from the Departemen of Anthropology, Padjajaran University in 2015. She has expertise in social and market research, as well as community development and environmental issues, with great interest in health, livelihood and gender issues. In the past two years, Icha has gained experience in the area of policy recommendations, consumer tastes, including public advocacy on gender-based violence and community empowerment. Having participated in some activities in Common Room, she initiated a community space called “Samahita” for gender-based violence in 2015. She is also a peer conselor for gender-based violence victims in Bandung, Indonesia

Roxana Radu is an Internet governance and digital policy expert. She is a Research Associate at the Global Governance Centre, Graduate Institute in Geneva and a non-residential fellow at the Centre for Media, Data and Society, Central European University. From 2018 to 2020, she was a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Oxford’s Centre for Socio-Legal Studies, working on Internet regulation, algorithms and knowledge production in the public sphere. In 2017, she was awarded the Swiss Network for International Studies Award for her PhD thesis (summa cum laude), obtained at the Graduate Institute. Roxana is the author of the monograph Negotiating Internet Governance (Oxford University Press, 2019). Her interdisciplinary research and publications focus on international governance and Internet policy-making, covering a wide range of topics from the politics of technical standards to artificial intelligence. Since 2020, she is the Program Chair of the Global Internet Governance Academic Network (GigaNet).

Shalini is associated with a number of community activities working as part of the Janastu and Servelots core team. She handles team issues, organisational reporting needs, and the systems and server admin tasks, and maintains and manages free software repositories and web software systems such as Wikis and WordPress on dedicated Linux Docker servers. She has developed course ware and training material for design students on "Physical Computing", a course on making interactive and utilitarian devices. Sopheap Chak is the Executive Director of the Cambodian Center for Human Rights (CCHR), a human rights organization working for the promotion and protection of political and civil rights in Cambodia. As one of the country's most prominent human rights advocates, Sopheap's work has been recognized by the former US President Barack Obama. She is a recipient of the Indian-ASEAN Youth Award (Young Women Achiever Category), the Franco-German Prize for Human Rights and the Rule of Law, and a 2019 Women of the Future Award Southeast Southeast Asia Shortlist. Shita Laksmi has around 20 years of experience of work. She is an Executive Director of Tifa Foundation. She is also a certified data protection officer from European Center on Privacy and Cybersecurity, Maastricht University. Shita holds two master’s degree, first in journalism from Ateneo de Manila University, Philippines and second is a master in contemporary diplomacy, specifically internet governance at University of Malta. In 2017 – 2019, she was a Project Manager for Asia at DiploFoundation and an expert team member with the ICT Applications Directorate General under the Indonesian Ministry of Information and Communication Technologies. At the end of her tenure at Hivos Southeast Asia (2006 - 2017), she managed a regional programme on technology and transparency in six countries within Southeast Asia. From 2014 – 2016, Shita served as a member of the Multistakeholder Advisory Group (MAG) at the United Nations (UN) to advise the Secretary General on the Internet Governance Forum (IGF) meetings.
